Payment Methods:
We accept payment by credit card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card, and all PayPal payments including e-Check through our secure server.
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, be sure that they match the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- The Siesta Store is currently unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States.
- You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
Can I pay with a check or money order?
At this time we do not accept money orders, we do accept e-Checks through the PayPal payment system.

Sales Tax (FL Only):
Sales Tax is charged for orders that are shipped to Florida. The checkout process will automatically add 7% sales tax (on the product only) to these orders.

Order Confirmation:
Regardless of the method you choose to place your order (online or via telephone), you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes your order information within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Order Status:
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. This will include your personal tracking number along with carrier contact information. Please contact our carrier as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4-5 business days to arrange for your delivery.

Shipping:
ALL PRODUCTS, ALL THE TIME - FREE SHIPPING!
LARGE ITEMS (futon mattresses, frames, tables, chairs, sofas and other large items): Shipped via common ground freight carriers. Product is delivered to your front door within seven to fifteen business days. This does not include set-up or assembly, because delivery is provided by a third party. Cost: Included in price of product.
SMALL ITEMS (covers, pillows and other small accessories): Anything that falls within UPS's size limits will be delivered via UPS Ground Service -or- DHL, depending on the distributor. Cost: Included in price of product.
GROUND SHIPPING: Shipping charges will automatically be added to your final invoice, based on the items purchased, and their size. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for our products. Please contact customer service to discuss optional 'white glove' service. Although shipping charges are built in or free with certain accessories and packages, actual shipping charges are non-refundable.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES: When you check out, your invoice will be transmitted to Customer Service. They will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide you with the shipping charges.
IN-STORE PICK UP: Not available

Delivery Policy:
At The Siesta Store we offer curb side delivery service . Our carriers will generally bring your order to the ground level entrance of your home or apartment building. However, set up and removal of debris or old furniture are not included. You may choose our White Glove Delivery Service option with additional charges.

White Glove Delivery Service:
We'll even install your bedroom furniture for you if you choose our white-glove delivery service option! Contact us for more information.
(Offered at an additional cost on select items) White Glove Delivery Service includes the placement of products into your room of choice, delivery of items up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking of items, debris removal, and product set-up (limited to fifteen (15) minutes).
Delivery Scheduling:
Most of our large item orders are delivered by ground freight carriers. Our ground freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window with you. Carriers try their utmost to deliver between the scheduled appointment times. However, please understand that these are just estimated time frames and we can not guarantee this window. If the delivery window changes, we make every attempt to notify you. Please note that any missed deliveries may incur additional redelivery costs.
*Deliveries are generally scheduled between Monday thru Friday 9:00 am thru 5:00 pm.

Delivery Acceptance:
- Count the number of cartons received and compare it against the number of cartons indicated on the Proof of Delivery Form.
- Please note on the Proof of Delivery Form if you are missing any cartons, and notify us immediately.
- Also, please note on the Proof of Delivery Form any cartons that are damaged and were either refused due to significant damage or accepted for further inspection.
- In addition, please indicate on the same Proof of Delivery Form what cartons were accepted in good condition.
- Please Contact Us for assistance on any missing item issues
**IMPORTANT**
Damages and missing items must be noted on the Proof of Delivery Form at time of delivery, otherwise additional replacement costs may be incurred. Failure to notify us immediately of such issues may cause a delay in shipping replacement times.

Damaged Item Policy:
- If your carton appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the Proof of Delivery form and accept the carton for further inspection.
- If your carton shows a significant amount of damage please refuse the damaged cartons only and notify us immediately.

We offer products from a variety of manufacturers. Therefore, if you purchase more than one item, you can expect to receive more than one delivery.

Change of Address Policy:
Please note there will be a $50.00 processing fee for all change of address requests. In the event your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for re-consignment fees charged by the carrier.

Shipping Time Frames:
We generally find deliveries occur within our estimated timelines indicated. We can not control exact delivery times, and do not guarantee delivery dates unless they are arranged with the shipping company directly by you. Please keep in mind that holidays and inclement weather can often cause a short delay in the delivery of your order.

Warranty Information:
At The Siesta Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All of our products are backed with a manufacturers warranty. See our individual product details for information on warranties offered by the respective manufacturer.
In the event of a claim, please note that we will require your help in determining the type of defect, and may request items such as digital pictures in order to help arrange for repair or replacement of your item(s)

Returns & Refunds Policy:
We know that you will be very pleased with our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of your shipment being delivered in order to be eligible to return items.
All returned or cancelled items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, with remaining balance issued as in-store credit, valid for six (6) months. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In order to provide you with discounted shipping on your order, we pay the outbound cost to ship the item to you. If you chose to return your item, we will deduct both our complete original shipping cost along with the cost to return ship the items back to us, from your refund amount.
All merchandise exchanged or returned must be boxed, wrapped, and packaged in its original condition or it will not be accepted. Returned items should be free of damage. As soon as we have received and inspected the return, we will apply the credit amount (less shipping fees and restocking fees, as noted above). Actual shipping charges on any item or package are non-refundable.
A 20% charge will apply to any cancelled items or returned items, which can be credited to a new order of equal or greater value within six (6) months from the date of the original order. All shipping and or delivery and assembly fees are not refundable after service has been completed. Please contact customer service for return and cancellation authorizations.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, SINGLE, QUEEN, KING AND SPLIT (TWO-PIECE) COVERS.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed on our online store are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately place your items into production and process the order for shipment from our stock. Cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipping.
*NOTE: If items are ordered indicate a "Shipping Resumes" status in our online store at time your order is placed. We place your order into production and commit to our factory for the items in your order. As such, the cancellation policy above applies in these cases.
**Items that have shipped can not be cancelled. However, you may take advantage of our Return Policy.

Change of Order Policy:
All requests of changes to orders must be submitted through the contact us link on our web site. Changes will be only be accepted if order has not shipped. If changes are possible, your exact changes will be confirmed via e-mail. Submission of e-mail does not guarantee change can be accommodated and charges may incur.
